| Biography |
| Born in Jakarta on August 28, 1975. Completed education in the Faculty of Law University of Sriwijaya, Palembang, South Sumatra. Awarded a Chevening Scholarship Award for a LL.M (Master of Laws) in International Human Rights from the University of Essex, Service College and the University of Birmingham, England (1999) and the International Visitor Leadership Program, USA (2008). Initiated activities in Palembang Legal Aid as an Assistant Public Defender (1996). While in South Sumatra, Mr. Patramijaya has been active in Friends of the Earth Indonesia (WALHI), in The Head Compartment of Civil Education, in the Consortium for Agrarian Reform (KPA) and in the Independent Election Monitoring (KIPP). Next he became a staff assistant to the Legal Aid Banda Aceh, the staff of the Division of Civil Political Rights Legal Aid Foundation of Indonesia, and the Head of Division of Research, Publication and Education Jakarta Legal Aid Institute. |
