Organizational Structure of the Legal Aid Foundation
Legal Aid Board(Chairperson) is the highest decision-making body of the Foundation. The Foundation also has a Board of Supervisory and an Auditor Office that jointly oversee the operations of legal aid services. The Head Office is managed by the CEO and the Deputy CEO. Below them are various Specialized Committees, including the Legal Aid Attomeys Evaluation Committee, the Legal Aid Attomeys Review Committee, the International Affairs Committee, the Development Committee, the Indigenous Peoples Committee, and the Criminal Procedure Committee. There are also 22 branch offices, each led by a Branch President, and include Examining Committees, Executive Secretaries and Staff , along with a Review Committee. The Head Office of the following departments: the Secretariat, the Department of Accounting , the Department of Administrative and Management , the Department of Public Promotion and International Affairs , the Department of Business Operations , the Legal Research and Legal Affairs Department, the North Legal Aid Staff Attomeys Center ,the Legal Center of Indigenous Peoples, Legal Aid Foundation.
