Please bring the following documents with you for your application:

1. Valid ID: ARC card or passport
2. Household income statements（最新年度綜合所得稅各類所得資料清單） and property statements（全國財產稅總歸戶財產查詢清單） issued by the National Taxation Bureau. 
   • The nearest branch office of the National Taxation Bureau can be sought here.
   • If you do not have the above documents, please bring other proofs of your current financial situation.
   • *Our branch office may ask you to provide more documents to prove your financial status, such as bank passbooks, insurance policies.
3. Any documents/evidence related to your case. (e.g. court orders, judgements, indictments, etc.)
